Please read carefully before completing your checkout. By completing a purchase with us you acknowledge & agree to accept our terms & conditions-
Prices:
All prices are listed & charged in USD (U.S. Dollars).
Payments:
Payments are handled by Paypal. You can use most major credit & debit cards or your Paypal account to make a purchase. Our shopping cart will transfer you by a secure connection to make payment directly with Paypal to ensure a safe & secure transaction. Your credit card details are never shared with us. Please note : With Paypal you "send" us the payment during the checkout process. This means that your card or account will be charged at the time of checkout.
Orders:
We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order from any customer for any reason. We will of course contact you with the details you have provided & arrange any refund of payment that has been made where we will not or cannot supply an order for any reason. Where our system accepts an order for a product that is out of stock we will contact you to advise on expected delivery time or to arrange a refund. In some cases we may require extra verification of identity to accompany credit card purchases for security reasons. In the event that this is necessary we will contact you to request whatever extra information is required.
Cancellation:
An order can be cancelled at any point before the goods have been dispatched. After dispatch we cannot recall or cancel the shipment so you will then need to follow our returns policy (below).
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the potentially infectious nature of used Body Jewelry we can not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased please contact us via email so that we can better assist you in resolving this issue.
The only exceptions to this are where there is a manufacturing fault or other error on our part. For authorized returns we ask that you return the product to us, and we will ship you a replacement of the same product.
You must contact us within 7 days of the day following delivery & return goods to us within 21 days of receiving a confirmation for an exchange to be made. Please do not send Jewelry back to us without first contacting us & receiving a confirmation email. We will only accept returns that have been authorized & that arrive within 21 days of confirmation. Any requests for exchange after 7 days following the day of delivery will not be accepted.
When we do authorize an exchange due to a manufacturing fault or other fault on our part you will be responsible for all return & replacement shipping costs.
When returning goods to us the safe transit of the goods is your responsibility. We take no responsibility for returns that do not arrive or are "lost" in the post. This is a matter between you & the postal service used & any compensation must then be sought from the postal service used. For valuable items or to avoid the possibility of lost packages we suggest using recorded delivery or registered mail.
Shipping and Delivery:
We will ship all orders within 2 working days (usually within 24 hours) & will contact you should we be unable to do this for any reason. We regret that we cannot influence the speed of delivery by the post office. This is generally within 7 - 14 days but can occasionally take longer, especially close to holiday periods or when our local post offices are closed.
By completing an order with us you agree that this expected delivery time is acceptable & that any delivery delays are the responsibility of the delivery company, usually the Post Office. Should delivery of your order be delayed we are happy to assist with inquiries to the post office after 28 days from the shipping date.
Shipping Costs:
We charge $1.79 for most shipping orders. If you are interested in ordering in bulk or wholesale, shipping costs are different. Please contact us via email to discuss this further.
Damage to goods in the post:
In the unlikely event that goods from your order have been damaged in the post please contact us within 7 days of the day following delivery. We will require either photographic evidence or the return of the damaged goods to our Unite States address. Once you have shown us the damage by photograph or by returning the goods to us we will arrange the shipment of a replacement & a refund of the return shipping cost (or include extra goods of a higher value than your shipping costs should you choose this option)

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Hygiene:
We guarantee that the Jewellery you receive from us will be in new & unused condition. We cannot guarantee that the Jewellery is Sterile as we do not have a sterile packing facility. We recommend that you thoroughly clean & sterilize all Jewellery before use.
Piercing Advice:
Extreme Body Jewellery is an online shop for Body Jewellery. We try to know all there is to know about our Jewellery but we are not professional piercers and are not qualified to give advice on piercings. For piercing advice please consult a professional piercing studio or a qualified body piercing professional.
